Fees
I value transparency in pricing, ensuring clients can access essential information to choose a suitable therapist. My approach prioritizes fair fees. I offer reduced fees to students and the unemployed with appropriate documentation.
Insurance
I am able to work with clients insured with Cigna, WPA, Aviva, and Vitality.
Please ensure you have your insurer's approval for sessions.
Initial Telephone Consultation
Free
A 10 minute phone consultation to discuss your issues and goals.
Couples Session
£70
A 50 minute couples therapy session where we will work together on relationship issues such as communication difficulties or relationship strain.
Therapy Session
£60
A therapy session that will last for 50 minutes. Video sessions can be conducted by FaceTime, Google Meet, or WhatsApp. Alternatively, I will call you on the telephone number you provide for telephone-based therapy appointments.
Family Session
£80
A 50-minute family therapy session where we will work together on family issues.
Policies
To ensure a successful therapeutic journey, it's important to have certain policies in place for a smooth experience. Feel free to ask if you have any questions about my policies.
Session
A single therapy session usually takes place once or twice weekly and lasts 50 minutes at the same place and time, but this may be negotiated according to individual needs and circumstances.
Holidays & breaks
I will try to give you good notice of forthcoming holidays and breaks, and I hope you will give me as much notice as you can.
Lateness
If you are late for a session, please expect the session to finish at the appointed time. In the unlikely event I am late, I will make up the time so long as this is possible for you, or reimburse you accordingly.
Payments
Payment will need to be made via bank transfer preferably before the session or immediately after.
Cancellations
​My cancellation policy is 24 hours. This means that any session missed or cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will have to be paid for in full. If I cancel a session, you will not be expected to pay for it and, if possible, I will offer you an alternative.
